Pricing

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or phone call. This confirmation means we have received your order. It does not guarantee product availability until the order is processed and confirmed by Mybuy.lk.
Mybuy.lk reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or hold any order due to stock issues, payment issues, delivery limitations, incorrect details, or suspected misuse.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders are subject to confirmation by Mybuy.lk. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, the customer is expected to accept and pay for the order.
Customers must provide accurate name, address, and contact details. Mybuy.lk is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.
Product Availability
Product availability may change from time to time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Mybuy.lk will inform the customer and offer a suitable solution such as replacement, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable delays.
Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or missing parts, the customer should inform Mybuy.lk immediately.
If the customer accepts the delivery and signs or confirms receipt, it will be considered that the product was received in acceptable condition.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 7 days only if the product is unused, in resellable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for damaged items caused by customer misuse, physical damage after delivery, missing packaging, missing accessories, or products not in resellable condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by Mybuy.lk.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank/payment provider. Mybuy.lk is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers, or payment gateways.
Warranty
Warranty applies only to products specifically mentioned as having warranty. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product, brand, supplier, or manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, power issues, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Mybuy.lk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by the use of this website, product delays, product unavailability, courier delays, technical issues, or third-party services.
Our maximum liability for any order will be limited to the value paid by the customer for that order.

Mybuy.lk may use third-party courier companies, payment gateways, and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, customer support, payment handling, and communication related to Mybuy.lk services. We do not sell customer personal information to third parties.
